Quick Reference · Every user
You do not own a list of work. You own a status. Every status that needs a person rolls up to an Action Filter, every Action Filter has one owner, and the owner’s job is to take the count to zero. Hold that across the team and no work can be lost.

Why it is the engine of an efficient business.
| Nobody searches. | The platform finds the work for you. The count on the Action Filter is how much there is; clicking it is the list. |
| Nobody remembers. | Status changes because something happened: a check-in, a verification, a sent invoice. An Action Filter cannot be forgotten the way a custom label or a sticky note can. |
| Nobody touches what is working. | Work that is moving stays out of sight. You spend your day only on what needs a person, which is how one owner covers far more volume. |
| Nothing sits unseen. | A Work Order with no Trip is in Schedule. A Trip that stalls in the field crosses its clock into Operations Failure. An invoice that stalls lands in Follow Up. Each one has an owner. |
What you own.
| If you are | You own these Action Filters | You are done when |
|---|---|---|
| A dispatcher | Schedule, Operations Failure. Schedule Event in winter. | Both at zero. |
| An operations lead | Verify Trips, and every other count on the team’s row. | Verify Trips at zero before you leave. No count that was there yesterday is there today. |
| Billing, AR, AP | Generate Invoices, Send Client Invoice, Follow Up on Client Invoices, Review Vendor Invoice. | Send and Review at zero. Every Follow Up row has a note dated today. |
| An account manager | Review Client Proposals, Review Vendor Proposals. | Nothing a Client or Vendor sent sits unread past today. |
The standard.
| Zero, or a note. | A row you cannot clear today gets a note dated today, an owner, and a follow-up date. A count with no note is the only way work gets lost. |
| Real status, not a label. | Never build a custom status that does an Action Filter’s job. And 999+ is old data, not new work: archive before a date and hold the standard from then. |
