Log In for the First Time

Accept your invitation, then log in on the web and in the mobile app.

Your company admin invites you by email. You set up your profile from that email, then log in on the web and in the mobile app with the same account.

Accept your invitation

  1. Open the invitation email and click Set Up Profile.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. Enter a password, then enter it again to confirm.
  4. Click Accept Terms and Conditions, read the pop-up, and click Accept.
  5. Click Create Account.

No invitation? Ask your company admin to re-send it. Check your spam folder first.

Log in on the web

Log in from your company's UtilizeCore URL. Bookmark it. If your browser shows reactwork.utilizecore.com, switch to your company's URL before you reset a password, because resets do not work from that address.

Log in on your phone

  1. Download the UtilizeCore app and open it.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Tap Login with OTP, then Send Login Code To Email. You can also log in with your password.
  4. Open the email, copy the 6 digit code, and enter it in the app.
  5. Tap Sign In.
  6. When the app asks for location, choose While Using the App. Location sorts your Trips by distance and confirms you are on site when you check in.

Use your own account, never a shared login. Check-ins and time are recorded to the account that is logged in.

Forgot your password?

On the web, follow How To Reset Your Password From Computer. In the app, use How To Reset the Password Using the UtilizeCore Mobile App. Both send a 6 digit code to your email.
