We are pleased to announce the release of Bulk Trip Cancellation, now available directly from the Trip List view. This powerful new feature allows users to efficiently cancel multiple trips at once, significantly reducing manual effort and streamlining month-end processes.

We have introduced functionality allowing you to collect a 'Must Return' reason from your field teams, with the newly created trip expiring on the Close Date of it's related Work Order.
For your Field techs; this will provide interface to:

Create the Trip with the appropriate Close Date

Communicate the Work Order's Close Date to the Tech

Collect an optional Return Reason
This enhancement can eliminate unnecessary vendor interaction and accelerates month-end closeout workflows. We have enabled a new option under the must return settings.
