Overview
The Client Portal gives you web and mobile access with one login (email, phone, or SSO) for every Site in your portfolio. Work is verified in the field and appears in your portal the moment it is captured: live status, photos, Proposals, and invoices on one encrypted record, with a direct line back to your service team. The platform is SOC 2 compliant with encrypted data.
How your data arrives
Crews check in and out with GPS verification and capture before and after photos. The record syncs, encrypted, straight to your portal in real time.
Your sites at a glance
Work orders and the live map sit side by side, color-coded by trip status: Undispatched, Dispatched, In progress, Exception, Pending action, Must return, and Verified & complete.
What you can do in the portal
- Request service anywhere. Submit from web, mobile, or a tap of an NFC-tagged asset. The request becomes a tracked work order you follow from dispatch to done.
- Watch work happen live. Geo-fence adherence, GPS-verified check-in and check-out, before and after photos, custom form data capture, and asset profile reporting, all streaming as the work happens.
- Approve proposals in real time. Scoped work arrives as a clear Proposal tied to the Site. Accept or reject in a click and it converts straight to a work order.
- Pay invoices online. Every line traces to a verified visit: who was there, when, what was done. Review and pay in a click with online payments.
- Communicate in context. Instant messaging, document sharing, updates, and instructions living on the work order, not in an inbox.
- Give your assets a voice. Tagged assets build a digital inventory with service history and manuals, one tap away at every site.
- Measure everything. Operations and financial analytics, service history, SLAs, and Excel export for your own reporting.
