How to create a proposal on the mobile app as a vendor.

step-by-step instructions on adding a new proposal, entering client and site information, adding line items, and sending the proposal

1. When you login to the mobile application, click on the menu (three lines) icon on the top left corner

2. Click on Proposals. Please note Vendor Team Members with "Operations" and "Admin" Role can only access this and create Proposals from the mobile application.

3. Click on the green floating plus button to add a new Proposal or click on any existing Proposal to view or edit details.

4. You can add a new Proposal by selecting the Client, and Site. Click on the Client Name field

5. Select a Client name

6. If you wish to enter a Proposal on an existing Work Order, click on the Work Order field and select an existing Work Order from the list

7. By selecting a Work Order, all the relevant information will auto-fill and you can click on the green button Continue to go to the next step

8. You can enter more details here and click on Continue

9. You can add a message on the new Proposal. This will be displayed to you and your Client

10. On the last step, click on the "Add Line Item" field

11. Add Item Type, Item Name, Price, and Quantity. These are four mandatory fields.

12. Scroll down and click on the blue button

13. You can either "Save & Exit" to revisit this Proposal later and edit details or click on the blue button "Send"

14. This should take you to an overview page. You can edit the message here and press the green button Send.

15. This will take you back to the list of all your Proposals. Your latest Proposal will show on the top of your list. You can click on it to review the Proposal details
