Walkthrough: How do Vendors upload their Insurance Certificates?
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how vendors can upload their insurance certificates. It explains how to access the profile section, navigate to the certificate of insurance section, select the appropriate insurance category, and either manually enter the information or upload the necessary documents. By following these steps, vendors can easily and efficiently upload their insurance certificates, ensuring compliance and trustworthiness.
1. Click on the Profile icon on the top left corner

2. Click on Edit on the top right corner and click on Compliance tab in the middle panel

3. There are 4 different Insurance categories : General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto Policy, Umbrella Policy
Select the type of Insurance you want to add

4. You can either enter the information manually or choose the documents that you want to upload.
