Client Portal - Creating a web portal Service Request

1. Navigate to your UtilizeCore Client Portal URL

2. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of "list"

3. Click "Map"

4. Click on the specific site you want to select. You can either zoom in on the map or use a filter on the right side of your screen which lists sites.

5. You can select the site you want from this menu.

6. You can add a forecast or weather overlay by pressing either of the large blue buttons prior to selecting a site or sites for service

9. Click "+ SERVICE REQUEST"

10. Select the proper company from your drop down menu

11. Click "Select Trade - Service button"

12. Choose the proper service request then hit continue

13. Fill out the problem description/service request and hit SEND
