Walkthrough: Choosing and Changing Default Invoice Template
This emphasizes the convenience of having different templates designed for specific requirements.
1. Click on the gear (wheel) icon in the top right corner

2. Select "Workflow" from the dropdown menu

3. Scroll down and click on "Invoices" in the left menu

4. Expand "INVOICE EDITOR"

5. Click "Edit" on the Invoice Template row

6. You can select different Invoice Templates as per your choice and mark them as default.
*Note: You can make only one Template as a default template. You can make all Templates available for your Team to view and print Invoices as per your requirements.

7. There are a total of 5 Invoice Templates available. Different Templates have been designed for ease of use, offering a variety of choices to suit your needs such as Batch Invoice Templates, Templates without Taxes, and plenty of other options!

8. You can click on "Preview" to view the Template format

9. Preview screen will open in a new browser tab

10. Scroll down and click on "APPLY" to save changes
