Troubleshooting the UtilizeCore Mobile App
Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve most mobile issues.
- Pull Down to Refresh
Page not loaded as expected? Not seeing the right Task or Service Action options? The first step to troubleshooting most issues is to 'Pull Down' on the screen to refresh the page.
- Empty Your Sync Container
If you have been using UtilizeCore with no/limited cellular service, you may have data stored on you local device waiting to be synced back to the cloud. Learn how to sync your data here. - Close and Re-Open the App to Check for an Over-The-Air Update
Depending on the your device settings, UtilizeCore may have an "Over-The-Air" update pending. To force this update, simply close and re-open the app to ensure you have the latest "OTA" version. Learn how to check your app version here. - Ensure you're on the latest version of the UtilizeCore
Search for UtilizeCore in the Google Play and App Store to see if there's a newer version of the app to download.
