Q4 2020: Product Updates

The Equip ID Team regularly pushes out new product features, improvements, and bug fixes; these are highlights of the improvements we've made over the past few weeks.

• Prevent the re-use of Tags that are associated to equipment that is decommissioned

• Added a Company Profile Section to Settings > General

  • Improved qualification processes by allowing Organizations to add/update their unique EIN (including duplication prevention)

• Created a bulk upload feature for the assignments between Sites and Vendors in order to provide Vendors access to Sites in a batch

• Equipment Upload/Download template changed from "Equipment Name” to "Tag Name”

• Warranty Dates are now available for reporting

• Left Nav is now easier to view/navigate via UI cleanup

• Added Legend to Progress Snapshot:

• Progress Snapshot rounds all expected Activity counts up so the expected Activities are more accurate

• Allow the 3 Business Intelligence modules to be independently turned on/off by Role

• Allow User Loader to assign multiple Regions & Sites to Users

• Time stamps for the Activity display in the local timezone in Equipment Details

• Track who and when performed the last upload for Activities in any language

• Site Template Uploader validates Longitude / Latitude range and 5 address fields are provided

• Update column order of the Site Template and Download to a more logical order

• Team member and company name properly display on Activity History and phone number and email have been removed

• Remove html code from Client email address during upload
