UtilizeCore Whitelisted Domains

Are you missing out on important notification from the UtilizeCore Platform.

To ensure you continue receiving important communications without interruption, we kindly request that you whitelist the following email domains in your email server or spam filter settings:

These domains are used to send vital information related to platform updates, system notifications, account activity alerts, workflow updates, support tickets, and other critical communication from UtilizeCore.

Why Is Whitelisting Important?

Modern email servers and spam filters are designed to aggressively block unwanted emails. While this helps reduce spam, it also increases the risk of mistakenly flagging legitimate messages as spam or completely blocking them.

If our domains are not whitelisted:

  • You might miss important service updates or alerts.

  • Communication regarding pending actions, approvals, or workflows may not reach your inbox.

  • Support responses and follow-ups from our team could go unnoticed.

  • Scheduled reports or platform notifications could be delayed or undelivered.

What Types of Emails Come From These Domains?

Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect from each:

noreply@mail1.utilizecore.com

  • Automated system alerts

  • Scheduled reports and summaries

  • Platform notifications (e.g., password reset, two-factor authentication)

  • No-reply transactional emails

@utilizecore.com

  • Customer support correspondence

  • Onboarding and implementation guidance

  • Product updates and release notes

  • Account-specific information from your account manager or our support team

How to Whitelist

Depending on your email provider or IT infrastructure, you or your IT administrator can follow steps to whitelist these domains. Below are common platforms:

For Gmail/Google Workspace:

  1. Go to Admin Console > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing and Malware.

  2. Under “Email allowlist,” add:

    • mail1.utilizecore.com

    • utilizecore.com

For Microsoft Outlook/Exchange:

  1. Open the Exchange Admin Center.

  2. Go to Protection > Spam Filter.

  3. Edit your policy and under "Allowed Domains", add:

    • mail1.utilizecore.com

    • utilizecore.com

For Other Providers or Local Servers:

Refer to your specific email/spam filtering solution documentation and add both domains to your "safe senders" or "allowed domains" list.
