Lock a Trip to disable any Adjustments
You can ensure that nobody can edit or make any changes to the trip unless it is unlocked. This is helpful for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of trip records.
1. When you're in Time Tracker, select the Trips you'd like to lock
2. Click on the dropdown arrow for the main check box
3. Select "Lock" from the dropdown menu
4. You should see a modal pop-up with a message saying that the Services are locked successfully. This means nobody can edit or make any adjustments to the Trip unless it's unlocked
5. Click "Assignee" when you're in the Work Order details page
6. Click "ADJUST"
7. You should see a modal pop-up with a message saying that the Trip is locked.
