This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how vendors can easily view work orders in a mobile app.
Please note by default all work orders are sorted by distance to location.
Please also ensure you are on the work orders tab not the sites tab. You can easily toggle between these on the bottom of the app.
1. Click on the Received tab
2. Click on "All"
3. Click on the filter Icon
4. Select from any different filters
5. Click on the side arrow to view multiple statuses
6. Select a status filter and this will show you all the Work Orders in the status you selected
7. To clear filters, click on the "Clear" text
