How to Use UtilizeCore's Chat Feature

We’re excited to introduce the new Chat Feature, designed to enhance communication within the UC application.

Steps to start a chat from the UtilizeCore application:

 

Step#1: Click on the Chat icon.

 

 

Step#2: The system will open the chat window displaying two tabs – Inbox and Contacts. 

 

 

Step#3: From the workorder grid view, click on the contact and then click on the chat icon to initiate the chat. 

 

NOTE: This feature is only available in the new design.
