How To Upload Per Event Rates In Bulk
Step 1: From Sites Page
1. Click Network in the top center menu and select Sites from the sub-menu. Click on the Bulk Upload button on the top right and select the Per Event tab. To upload your file click on the cloud icon on the right side.
You can download a sample template with instructions here. Please read all the important steps in the file in order to upload the Per Event file successfully.
1. Green highlighted headers in the file are mandatory
Any section or header that appears in green must be filled out. These fields are essential for the system to work correctly, so make sure not to skip them.
2. Client accumulation ranges must follow the exact format shown in column Q
When entering client accumulation ranges, be sure to match the format used in column Q. This ensures consistency and prevents errors during processing.
3. Excess accumulation values must follow the exact format shown in column AC
Similar to the previous step, any excess accumulation entries must be formatted exactly like the examples in column AC. Keeping the formatting uniform helps the data load smoothly.
4. If you’re using event ranges, specify the task name in column AI and set the type “Per Service Range” to Yes
Whenever event ranges apply, remember to enter the related task name in column AI. Then, in the same row, select “Yes” for the Per Service Range type so the system knows how to interpret the data.
5. Flat task rates can be added in column AI
If your task uses a flat rate, you can enter it directly into column AI. This is where all flat-rate values should be recorded for consistency.
6. When accumulation ranges apply to two or more tasks, choose “Per Task Range” as the type in column AJ
If your accumulation ranges cover more than one task, make sure to set the type to Per Task Range in column AJ. This tells the system that the range applies across multiple tasks.
