How To: Update Automatic Subscription Payment Information

Steps for updating your Utilizecore subscription payment method and settling outstanding balance

Use the steps below to update the automatic payment method associated with your Utilizecore subscription.

Updating Payment Information:

In order to ensure the accuracy and security of your account, we recommend using our secure subscription management tool to set up automatic payments via credit card (CC) or Automated Clearing House (ACH). Please rest assured that our systems are designed to safeguard your information, and we handle it with the utmost care. To update your payment information, please follow the steps provided below:

  • As an Admin User, click the upper left menu (three-bar menu)

  • Opens side panel, click on Billing

  • The Subscription Manager will open

  • Click on Manage Subscription in the upper right corner

  • Pop-Up will open for you to manage your subscription

  • Click the link for Payment Methods

  • Here, you can edit the existing payment method and add a new one

As an Admin User, click the upper left menu (three-bar menu)
