How to Setup an Asset Repair Service
Looking to dispatch service to repair an Asset? Learn how to configure a Repair form, for one or many Assets, by updating a Service.
With UtilizeCore, you have the ability to capture key repair details on an asset-specific level of granularity. This data collection can be configured using the Asset Repair service action, available from the Services and Rates page.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Setup an Asset Repair Service
1. Navigate to "Services & Rates"
2. Click here to expand a Trade to see related Services
3. Click here to edit the Service
4. Scroll down the Service configuration to view the Service Actions, and Click here to setup the 'Asset Repair'.
5. Click the toggle to turn ON the Asset Repair
6. Use the toggle to manage which questions you'd like to include on the Repair Form. Use the checkbox on the right to make a question mandatory.
7. Use the toggle to enable Issue Resolution capture. When enabled, additional fields are available to be displayed when an Asset Repair is taking place.
8. Use the toggle to manage which questions you'd like to include on the Repair Form. Use the checkbox on the right to make a question mandatory.
9. Click "Save" when you have finished configuring the Repair.
10. Click this button to Save.
