How to set up your user and company profile on UtilizeCore.
Step 1:
From the Welcome email, select the ‘Accept Invite & Set Up Profile’ button.

- Do NOT download the UtilizeCore mobile app yet. You must first sign up on the web.
Step 2:
You will be redirected to a page to create your user account. Please enter the following information:

- First name
- Last name
- Password
- Accept Terms & Conditions
Click Create Account
Step 3:
- You will be redirected to a page to create your company profile.
- Note: Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) is not required.
Step 4:
- Review your UtilizeCore URL. This will auto populate based on the name of your company.
- Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5:
- Please define the trades your business performs.
Step 6 (Optional):
- Please enter your W9 & COI information. If you are in the field, you can click skip.
Step 7 (Optional):
- You can invite your team to join the platform. If you prefer to do this later, click, “I have a small team” checkbox and then click, Finish.
Step 8:
- After you finish creating your account on the web, you can download the UtilizeCore mobile app from your app store and log in using your new account.

Step 9:
- Login into the mobile application with the same email or phone number & password you used at sign up.
