How to Set a Vendor Billing Contact

When invoicing through UtilizeCore, be sure to set which Vendor Contacts will be receiving messages for new Invoices, Proposals, Purchase Orders, and more.

How To Set a Vendor Billing Contact


1. To access a list of all your active Vendors, click on Network in the top center menu, select Vendors from the sub-menu.

2. Click on the Vendor row to open the profile. You can leverage the 'Vendor Name' filter to narrow your search.

3. From the right panel, select 'Contacts' to designate your Billing Contacts. New Contacts can be added from this panel as well.

4. Click "Edit"

5. From the Contact's edit popup, Click the "Use this contact as billing person" field.

6. Click "SAVE"
