Are you a technician looking to perform a repair or inspection using the mobile app?
Follow these step-by-step instructions to scan an asset tag.
Select the Plus Button.
From the different options displayed select Scan.
If your smartphone is equipped with NFC technology, simply tap the Asset tag to scan it. The Asset profile will then be displayed on the screen.
If your smartphone does not have NFC, select Scan with Camera. The smartphone will then use its camera to scan the barcode on the tag, and the Asset profile will be displayed.
