Are you a Technician looking to perform a repair or inspection on the mobile app? Follow these step by step instructions in order to scan an Asset tag.
On the main screen, tap the Sites section in order to reach the Site List
Search for a specific site (use the filters for criteria search).
The Site will be displayed, tap the drop-down to get the more options.
The following information will be seen:
- Site Details
- Assets
- Work Orders
- Photos
Tap Assets to get the assets database.
All the Assets associated to the Site will be seen, tap the Scan button (bottom page).
If the Smartphone has NFC tag technology it will prompt to start the scan.
If NFC is not available then you can use the Camera to scan the tag.
