Are you a Technician looking to report a deficiency or failure during an inspection or repair on the mobile app? Follow these step by step instructions.
On the main screen, tap the Trips To Do selection.
It will show all the Work Orders assigned. Check In to initiate the job.
It will show the Inspection showing the number of action to be performed.
As this article it is to explain how to report a deficiency, once all the action and previous tasks were perform on the Inspection/Repair, the last step it is to indicate if the inspection or repair has passed or if there is any minor deficiency to report or if it failed.
Lets see the Minor Deficiency flow.
Select the Minor Deficiency to start the process.
Make sure to complete the steps required, photos, description.
Once all the information has been added then go to Save and Continue.
Once the Minor Deficiency has been completed it will show the Inspection Assets list so you can continue with the next assets to work with.
Lets see how to report a Failure, as explained before, while doing the inspection/repair on an asset if it failed, we must report such failure
Select Fail and continue to start working on the failure report.
Make sure to complete the steps required, photos, description.
Once all the information has been added process to Save and Continue.
On the Inspection Assets list it will show the status of the inspection, once you are done and ready select back to go to the main screen.
The Perform Inspection will show all the assets been completed. Select Continue to move on to close the Work Order.
As the last step, it will show a summary for the different inspection that happened so you can do a final review, then go ahead and Check Out to finish and complete the Work Order.
Once the Work Order is been completed it wont show anymore on your Trip to Do tab.
