How to perform a Repair

Learn the step by step process to perform a Repair (Assets)

Are you a Technician looking to perform a repair on the mobile app? Follow these step by step instructions.

On the main screen, tap the Trips To Do selection.

It will show all the Work Orders assigned.

As next step, tap the CONFIRM CHECK IN button to initiate the WO.

Review the information just to make sure the site address is correct.

The type of Repair will be displayed, Service Action such as Before and After Photos are not required. 

Once you are ready select ASSET REPAIR

Select the Asset where the work will be performed.

The Asset information will be displayed, there are 4 options available

Repair, Attributes, Reports and History

Repair will show all the Tasks required to be performed on the Asset.

There are several Repair steps as well as the evaluation.

Once completed provide the evaluation score.

Once the Repair is complete, go ahead and finish the job.

Complete the Repair.

Final review to make sure all the different Assets has been repaired.

Having completed all the required Repair (Tasks) then you can proceed to finish the WO Repair by tapping on CHECK OUT.

Once the Work Order is been completed it wont show anymore on your Trip to Do tab.
