How to Perform a Field Initiated QA Inspection

Step 1. Download the latest UtilizeCore App

Step 2. Log in and navigate to Site List.

Step 3. Search for the location. Click on Report Service.

Step 4. Select the Trades and Services. Select the Asset/ location that you will inspect.

Step 5. Select Asset Inspections.

Step 6. Select the Asset from the list to start your inspection. Please note that you can group or filter (search) to manage the list.

Step 7. Complete the Inspection form.

Step 8 A. Based on the asset assessment, you will be prompted to fill out an additional deficiency report if you select Fail or Minor Deficiency.

Step 8 B. Deficiency report

Step 9. Once all asset inspection is completed.

Step 10. Click Completed to check out of the Inspection.
