Step 1. Log in and navigate to Site List.
Step 2. Search for the location. Select on REPORT SERVICE.
Step 3. Select the Trades and Services. Then Select CHECK IN
Step 4. Select PERFORM INSPECTION
Step 5. The Search criteria will show the different ways to look for a specific Assets as well as adding more to the inspection job.
Step 6. Select the Asset from the list to start your inspection. Please note that you can group or filter (search) to manage the list.
Step 7. Complete the Inspection form.
Step 8 A. Based on the asset assessment, you will be prompted to fill out an additional deficiency report if you select Fail or Minor Deficiency. Here if the inspection went well please select PASS
Step 9. Once all asset inspection is completed. Go back to get Inspection screen.
Step 10. Select COMPLETE
Step 11. Last review, make sure everything looks good. Select CHECK OUT to finish the job.
