How to Confirm or Deny a Receivable Invoice
This article is for Vendors on the UtilizeCore platform to learn how to manage Invoices a Service Partner has generated on your behalf – and sent it to you to Confirm or Deny its accuracy.
Within the UtilizeCore platform, your Service partner may have opted to generate Receivable Invoices on your behalf based on information you enter directly into the UtilizeCore mobile app or web application.
When a Service partner generated the invoice on your behalf, you will have to opportunity to Confirm or Deny its accuracy. When you Deny an Invoice's accuracy, you will be presented with a form to communicate to your Service Parter as to why the invoice is inaccurate.
You will be notified there is an Invoice awaiting your conformation via email. Emails will be sent to all Users with an Admin or Accounting Role.
How to Confirm or Deny a Receivable Invoice Diagram
Step-by-Step Guide to Manage a Receivable Invoice
1. You will receive an email notification stating an invoice is Awaiting Your Confirmation.
2. Click "Review Invoice" to open the Invoice directly within the UtilizeCore platform.
3. Click "CONFIRM"
4A. Invoice Looks ACCURATE – Select "Confirm"
4B. Invoice Looks INACCURATE – Click "DENY"
5. Give your Client clear feedback as to what is wrong with the invoice by filling out the 'Denial Form'. Select 'Deny' when you're done.
6. Click "Deny"
