How To Edit Work Orders & Trips in Bulk

Bulk Actions enable efficient management of services at scale. With Bulk Edit, you can update up to 5,000 Work Orders and their associated Trips in just a few clicks.

How To Bulk Edit Work Orders and Trips

  1. Select Work Orders and Initiate the Action; Once you’ve selected the relevant Work Orders from the list view, open the three-dot menu in the header and choose Bulk Edit Work Orders & Trips.



    The system will display all Trips associated with the selected Work Orders in a full-screen dialog.




    Note: Work Orders in statuses such as Closed, Canceled, or Received, and those without Trips, are excluded from this action.

  2. Edit Key Fields; You can update the following fields directly:

    1. Work Order Manager

    2. Trip Assignee

    3. Trip Schedule (ETA, ETC, and Trip Close Date)

  3. Expand for Additional Edits; Each row can be expanded to update additional data for Work Orders and Trips, including:

    1. Payment Method

    2. Client Not to exceed (NTE)

    3. In-system Proposal

    4. Client Site Tax Exemption

    5. Attachments (Work Orders and Trips)

    6. Trip Description



      Use the bulk action menu to apply changes to multiple items at once for:

      You can also edit assorted parameters in bulk via a dedicated 3-dot menu:

      1. Work Order Managers

      2. Trip Schedules (ETA, ETC, and Trip Close Dates)

      3. Trip Assignees



        You can also remove selected items in bulk if needed..

        Note: Bulk Trip scheduling preserves the original date range to avoid unintended changes to the Work Order expiration. For exceptions, individual updates are available.

  4. Save and Complete the Action; When editing is complete, select either Save and Exit, or Save and Dispatch Trips



    The operation will continue as a Background Task.



    Note: Please avoid editing affected Work Orders until the update is completed.
