How To Customize or make default selections for your Vendors to Accept or Reject a Trip

This allows vendors to choose whether to accept or reject a trip, adding an extra customizable step during the trip creation process.

1. Click on the gear (wheel) icon in the top right corner

2. Select "Workflow" from the dropdown menu

3. Scroll down and click on "Emails" in the left menu

4. Expand Vendor Emails

5. Expand "On-Demand Work Order Trip Email"

6. Before turning on this setting it'll not show the checkbox to Accept or Reject Trip for your users

7. This will be off by default. Turn the switch on to allow your users to choose from allowing your Vendors to Accept or Reject a Trip

8. Turning the setting on from the above step will show your users a checkbox and add an extra customizable step at the time of creating a new Trip for your Vendors
