How to create an Invoice without a Work Order
1. Click on Accounting
2. Click on Receivables
3. Click on the "All Receivables Invoices" tab
4. Click on the round plus icon
5. Select a Client and a Site
6. Click on the blue button to add new Line Item
7. It is mandatory to select an Item Type, and and Item Name. Enter Rate and quantity as per your requirement
8. You can click on the three dots to duplicate the same Line Item or delete the Line Item
9. Select "Duplicate Line Item" to make another copy of the same Line Item or Click on "Delete" to remove the Line Item
10. Click on the blue button on the top right corner to save and send the Invoice
11. You should see a pop-up. Enter one or multiple email in the "To" field
12. Click Send
13. Your new Invoice will be visible on the top of the list
