How to create an Invoice with a Work Order

1. Click on Accounting

2. Click on Receivables

3. Click on "All Receivable Invoices" tab

4. Click on the round Plus button to create a new Invoice

5. Select a Client, Site, Work Order and a Trip #

6. Click on the blue button to the right to add a new Line Item

7. It is mandatory to select an Item Type, Item Name and a Trip #. You can click on the three dots for each Line Item to duplicate it or Delete the Line Item.

8. Click on the blue button to generate a description from the Work Order

9. Click on "Save and Send" on the top right corner

10. Click on the "To" field to enter one or multiple emails

11. Click on the blue "Send" button

12. Your Invoice should be available to view on the top of the list
