How To Create a Work Order for a Team Member

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a work order for a team member.

  1. Click "Operations"

2. Click "Work Orders"

3. Click "+Work Order"

4. *Note that you must fill the fields that has an asterisk symbol (*)

  • Search using "Site Name", and enter the Site Name in the following field. Note: You may also search by using "Client Name" or "Site Address"

  • Click "Select Trade"

  • Click "Select Task For Service" field. Please note: This field is may or may not mandatory, depends on company workflow settings

  • Select "Priority"

Search using "Site Name", and enter the Site Name in the following field. Note: You may also search by using "Client Name" or "Site Address"

Click "Select Trade"

Click "Select Task For Service" field. Please note: This field is may or may not mandatory, depends on company workflow settings

Select "Priority"

5. Add "Description" & Click "CONTINUE"

6. Now you will come to the Work Order Creation Page

  • Recheck all the details

  • Click "Team Member"

Recheck all the details

Click "Team Member"

7. Select the "Team Member"

  • Select the "ON" button for Dispatch Trip

  • Uncheck box "Don't dispatch this WO right now" if you want to dispatch the Work Order

  • Click "CONTINUE"

  • The Work Order will be created for the "Team Member"

Select the "ON" button for Dispatch Trip

Uncheck box "Don't dispatch this WO right now" if you want to dispatch the Work Order

Click "CONTINUE"

The Work Order will be created for the "Team Member"
