How to Cancel a Trip From Version 2

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a trip from a work order. It includes specific actions to take, such as deleting services and cancelling the trip, and highlights the importance of following certain steps. By following this guide, users will be able to successfully cancel a trip from a work order.

1. Click "Operations"

2. Click "Work Orders"

3. Click here.

4. Click the three dots

5. Click "Cancel"

6. Click the "Cancellation Reason" field to fill out a cancellation reason

*Note: the Cancellation Reason field is NOT Mandatory

7. Click "Send Email Notification" if you would like an email Notification sent about the canceled Work Order

8. Click "Cancel Trip"

9. You will see a banner stating that the Trip has been Canceled successfully

10. Note: The Pin color has changed to reflect the canceled trip but you will still be able to see the Trip
