How To Auto Generate Invoices After Work Order Custom Status Is Changed

  1. Go to Company Settings pageScreenshot 2026-07-31 at 8.56.47 AM
  2. Set up invoice auto-generation. Be sure to turn on the setting that allows invoices for unverified trips. For more details, check the article here.

    Please note as soon as you change the Work Order Custom Status the Invoices will auto generate.
