The guide also includes a note on how to assign WO managers for specific trades or for all work orders.
1. Click "Network"
2. Click "Sites"
3. Click on the "Eye" Icon on the right hand side for the site that you want to add the WO Manager to
4. Click "Team Members" from the left menu
5. Add "User", "Role" and "Trade"
Please note: If you select a trade then the WO manager will only be assigned for the particular Trade, However if you want the WO manager to be assigned on all Work Orders irrespective of the "Trade" then please do not select any "Trade"
Click Checkbox "Auto Assign" to automatically assign the Work Orders to the added Team Manager for the "Site:
You can add more than 1 WO Manager for a Site
6. Click "Save & Continue"
7. You will see the added Team Member was auto-assigned as WO Manager in the Work Order Creation Page
