How to associate Site assets to a Trip

When creating the Work Order lets see how assets must be assigned so the Technician can see the Asset database list from the mobile side. 

On the UtilizeCore platform, when the Work Order is created (user interface) during this process is when the Site Assets can be associated to the Work Order.

Make sure to add the appropriate Trade/Service as well as knowing that the site has already assets associated in order to populate from the dropdown.

 

Select all the assets required to be associated to the Work Order (been seen from the mobile side). Multiple assets can be selected.

Proceed with the Work Order creation and now assets will be seen on the mobile.
