How To Add/Invite a New Vendor in UtilizeCore
Following this guide will help users efficiently add vendors to their network and manage their status.
1. Click "Network"

2. Click "Vendors"

3. Click "New Vendor"

4. Click "Add a new vendor"

5. Enter the name of the Vendor

6. In the Legal Address field, you can type the first few characters or street numbers. The system will automatically show you a list of matching addresses. Select the correct address from the dropdown

7. Enter the Vendor's email address

8. Select a State of Registration

9. Click Continue

10. By selecting the checkbox for "Auto approve vendor (ON to turn vendor active or OFF to keep vendor inactive)" newly invited Vendors will show up under the Active list of Vendors and you don't have to Accept or Reject them separately.

11. By un selecting the checkbox for "Auto approve vendor (ON to turn vendor active or OFF to keep vendor inactive)" newly invited Vendors will show up under the "Pending" list of Vendors and you have to Accept or Reject them separately.

12. Click Continue

13. Press the blue button to Send a new Invitation to your Vendor

14. Newly invited Vendors will show up under the Active list as seen below
