How to Add Client Notes to a Work Order
Keep track of important information or communicate with clients efficiently within the work order system.
1. Click on Operations

2. Click "Work Orders"

3. Click on the Work Order you want to add a note to

4. Click "NOTES"

5. Notes will default to a Private Note. In order to change it, click on Private Notes field

6. You should see a dropdown with the Client and Vendor's name. Select the Client's name to continue adding a Client Note

7. Click the "Add a Note..." field and you should see a pop-up

8. Type your note and you have an option to send it via email. If you uncheck the box this Client Note will not be sent to your Client via email

9. Click "Save"

10. Your note is successfully added!
