How to Setup an Asset Inspection Service

Looking to capture the specific asset for which a Service or Inspection is performed? Learn how to include an 'Asset Inspection' on a Service.

With UtilizeCore, you have the ability to manage specific inspections to be performed at the asset level. This data collection can be configured using the Asset Inspection service action, available from the Services and Rates page.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Setup an Asset Inspection Service

1. Navigate to "Services & Rates"

2. Click here to expand a Trade to see related Services

3. Click here to edit the Service

4. Scroll down the Service configuration to view the Service Actions, and Click here to setup the 'Asset Inspection'.

5. Click the toggle to turn ON the Asset Inspection

6. Use the dropdown to search and associate Inspections forms from the UtilizeCore Inspection Directory to the Service.

7. For each Inspection, select the Asset Types for which you'd like the form to be associated.

8. Click "+ ADD ROW" to associate additional Inspection forms to be performed on the Service.

9. Use the toggle to enable the deficiency capture flow. When enabled, a short 'Deficiency Capture' form will be displayed when an Asset Inspection is marked as Yellow or Red.

 

10. Use the toggle to manage which questions you'd like to include on the 'Deficiency Capture' form. Use the checkbox on the right to make a question mandatory.

 

11. Click "Save" when you have finished configuring the Inspection.

12. Click this button to Save.
