How to add a Client Purchase Order into a Work Order

The Following steps will show you how to assign a Client Purchase Order to a Work Order.

 

These steps are from the V2 platform version. 

1. While creating the Work Order

2. Click "Attachments"

3. Click "ADD DOCUMENT"

4. Under Category, click on the dropdown.

5. Select "Client Purchase Order"

6. Click "Next"

7. On the "ID or Name*" field type the Client Purchase Order number. 

8. Make sure it shows the number correctly. 

9. If there is also a Client Purchase Order attachment, it can be added as well. 

10. Click "Save Attachment"

11. Client Purchase Order is assigned as displayed. 

 

These steps are from the V1 platform version. 

1. On the Work Order already created (or during the creation). 

2. Click the Edit icon to access the Work Order details. 

3. Click "Documentation"

4. On the PO# field type the Client Purchase Order number. 

5. Click "Save and Exit"

6. Click "Purchase Orders"

7. The Client Purchase Order number will be displayed.
