What is Equip ID?
Equip ID allows you to capture each stage of your asset’s history by bringing all of your asset data into one platform to give you the visibility required to stay in compliance, manage risk, and reduce total cost of ownership.
How does it work? What's the benefit?
Our solution utilizes near-field communication (NFC) tags, placed on mechanical equipment and physical spaces, to give facilities a “voice.”
Team members or service providers scan the Tag to begin an Activity. When the Activity is done, select ‘Complete,’ then scan the next tag and begin again if scope includes multiple assets.
The benefit stems from providing “proof of presence” at the equipment-level and showing all content relevant to that particular asset including manuals, checklists, videos, history of activities, warranty information, and more.
