Generating an invoice as a Vendor
1. Click "Accounting" in the top menu

2. Click "Receivables" below Accounting

3. Click "Generate Invoices"

4. Click on the Client Name Row to expand and see the Sites under the Client

5. Click on the Site Name Row to expand and see all the Work Order's under the Site

6. Click on the Work Order row to expand the Trips under the Work order

7. Click "GENERATE INVOICE" next to the trip that needs to be invoiced

8. This will take you to the Invoice creation page. From here you can select Item Type

9. You can also select the Item name under the Item Type

10. Click the "Price" field to enter the amount required

11. Click the "Email" field to enter the client email

12. Click "Attachments" if you want to add an attachment or report

13. Click "Attach Work Order Details" to add Work Order Report and if you want to add a report saved in your computer then click the blue button below "Upload Local File"

14. Click "SAVE"

15. Click "SAVE AND SEND" and this will send the Invoice to the Client and you can view the Invoice under the Attention Tab
