How To Configure New Call Types In Your Workflow For Work Orders

You can easily customize and create new call types. Make them available to your teams, enhancing efficiency & organization in your workflow.

1. Click on the menu (three lines) icon on the top left corner

2. Click on Settings

3. Expand the "General Details" row

4. Expand "Configurable Fields"

5. Click "Edit"

6. Click "CREATE NEW"

7. Enter a new Call Type

8. Click "Save"

9. Your newly added Call Type should be available in the left box called "Available". To make it available to your users click on it and the Call Type will move to the box on the right. Call Types available in the right box are available to your users

10. Click Save
