System Updates

Enhanced Features:

  • Manual Time Entry for Technicians: Technicians can now manually input time spent on tasks on the mobile app when the “Manual Time on Task” setting is enabled. A service action button has also been added to allow manual time entry directly from the web portal.

  • Indicate Task Performed More Than Once: Technicians can now indicate if they performed a task multiple times on both mobile and web platforms.


  • Vendor Compliance Requirement Configuration: Brokers can now set and manage minimum compliance requirements for vendors, including insurance and document coverage
  • Vendor Compliance in Company Settings: New compliance minimums can now be set for specific trades and services.


  • Toggle Compliance Minimums: Brokers can turn on/off vendor compliance minimums via toggle switch
  • Vendor Compliance Status Display: Brokers can view vendor’s compliance status based on the minimum requirements set within Company Settings.




Resolved Issues:

  • Material Rates Display Issue: Fixed an issue where materials rates were showing incorrectly from the general section instead of the site level in the mobile App.
  • Item Name Loading Error on PO Creation: Addressed an issue where item names were not loading for certain item types while creating Purchase Orders.
  • PO Line Items Missing on Client Invoice: Resolved an issue where purchase order line items were not being populated on client invoices
  • Vendor Invoice Missing Work Order Numbers: Fixed an issue where all work order numbers were not being displayed in the Work Order column of the Vendor Invoice report.
