Replaced compliance score percentage with compliance status when assigning a vendor to a trip.

Vendor Proposal Search Improvement:
- Brokers can now search by Site Name or WO Reference without needing to select the vendor name when creating a vendor proposal.

- Fixed an issue preventing access to vendor compliance settings in the company settings.
‘Override As Compliant’ Checkbox Fix:
- The checkbox for Override As Compliant is no longer available to update self-documents.
‘Override As Compliant’ Auto-Approval:
- The Override As Compliant checkbox now correctly auto-approves the document and marks it as compliant after saving.
Proposal Checkbox Fix:
- The Show Client Signature checkbox can now be unselected when editing a proposal.
Discount Application on Vendor Proposals:
- Resolved an issue where the discount amount was not applying on vendor proposals.
Link Item(s) Issue:
- The Link Items link no longer shows on client or vendor invoices/proposals/POs from the broker portal.
