1. Auto - Associate a Single Weather Works Storm (CST) to a Trip.
We're excited to introduce a platform-wide enhancement on how Weather Works reports are associated with trips. Our objective is to reduce high manual touch with Storm Association.
Currently, users can associate only one Storm at a time, but oftentimes there’s only one to select. With this in mind, we now have a background process that runs automatically every 4 hours and intelligently matches storms to eligible trips, using the following criteria:

Targets all Trips with billing method = “Per Event.”

For targeted Trips, the system checks if the service completion duration is greater than 48 hours (considering the 72-hour correction window).

For each eligible Trip, the system checks how many Storms are available for association.

If exactly one Storm is available, the system automatically associates it with the Trip.

When a Storm is automatically associated:

A new Storm icon appears on the Trip.

Tooltip text reads: “Event automatically associated.”

Users can override the auto-assigned Storm data if needed.
Additionally, we have provided a filter option for users to manage these trips. Using the filter title " Weather Event Relation", users can filter for "Auto Associated".
NOTE: Auto-association of storms is unavailable for back-dated work orders and trips.
2. Analytics Operation Plus
We introduced a new analytics report to assist Operations with some of the following KPI:
- Total WO's And Trip & This Month
- Avg Days To Complete
- Trip Expiring This Week
- Closed WO With App Compliance
- Completion %
