- Work Order Service Check In – Work Order has an associated Check In meeting the criteria
- Work Order Service Check Out – Work Order has an associated Check Out meeting the filter criteria
- Trip Service Check In – Trip has an associated Check In meeting the filter criteria
- Trip Service Check Out – Trip has an associated Check Out meeting the filter criteria
Using these filters in combination will allow you to isolate Services provided within a given timeframe. These filters can be applied in combination with the parameters of Equals, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than or Equal, and Between.
Filtering from Invoices
By applying filters to the Invoicing pages, you can isolate, review, generate, and approve Payable and Receivable invoices based on Service information, which can be useful when invoicing for Services billed on a Monthly basis
Filtering from Work Orders & Trips
By applying filters to the Work Order and trips pages, you can isolate, verify, and dispatch based on Service information, which can be useful when scheduling Trips for Monthly or Recurring Services.
NOTE: Between can only be applied to Date, not Time.
