1. Introducing the New Chat Feature
We’re excited to introduce the new Chat Feature, designed to enhance communication within the UC application. This feature allows users to interact with various members as follows:
- Broker Portal: Users can communicate with Employees, Vendors, and Clients.
- Vendor Portal: Users can communicate with Employees and Brokers.
- Client Portal: Users can communicate with Employees and Brokers.
The chat window includes two tabs with specific functionalities:
- Inbox: Displays all conversations the user has had with members.
- Contacts: Displays all contacts with whom the user can initiate conversations. For example, a Broker user will see Employees, Clients, and Vendors for quick communication.
Additionally, we've enhanced the chat feature by adding a chat icon next to work order contacts. Users can now initiate a chat directly from the corresponding work order (WO). When a chat is initiated from a work order, the system will display the WO link in the corresponding chat.

2. Invoice Line-Item Sort by Rate
When adjusting Line-Items from an Invoice, Items with an associated rate will be displayed at the top of the dropdown.
3. Filter Receivable Invoices by Vendor
When viewing Receivable Invoices, you can now add filters to show or hide invoices relating to a specific Vendor.
4. New Support Portal
As you can tell reading this release note, we have upgraded our internal systems used for announcements, training, and Support. More to come soon!
5. Site Task Hierarchy Simplification
A small fix has been made to simplify the use of Site-specific Tasks and Billing Methods. When a Work Order is created from the 'Advanced Bulk Scheduler', the Tasks and Billing Method will be pulled based on the following hierarchy...
- Site-Specific Vendor Assignee (based on the Work Order's Trade & Service)
- Site Default
- Trade Service Default
