Better Insight into Profitability
We’re excited to introduce real-time into Service profitability – from Work Order to invoice. Key features include
- Drill into labor & material revenue, labor & material costs, payable tax, profit, and profit margin.
- Available for both Single Work Orders and Scheduled Service Agreements
- Communicate Margin expectations to your team by setting thresholds for Red / Yellow / Green. Learn to enable below.
- More enhancements are coming soon!

Subtext: Use color to highlight unprofitable services to your operators.
Steps to set Margin Expectations
- Navigate to Company Settings via the top left hamburger menu.
- Select Accounting >> Margin >> Margin Settings
- Turn on the ‘Manage Profit Margin Expectations’ Setting
Select the percentages to denote breakpoint between Red & Yellow and Yellow & Green
5. Select Save
Improvements:
Priority Filter on Work Orders Page
- The “Contains Any” and “Doesn’t Contain Any” filters on the Work Orders page are now functioning as expected.
