1. Bulk Override WeatherWorks (Per Event) Trips.
We’re excited to introduce greater flexibility for managing WeatherWorks “Per Event” visits!
You can now perform a bulk override of the total accumulation directly on Per-Event trips. This allows you to:
- Quickly adjust accumulation values across multiple trips at once
- Override calculated totals when real-world conditions or client agreements require a different amount
- Save significant time compared to editing trips individually
How to use it
- Go to the Work Order or Trips list
- Filter or select the desired Per-Event trips
- Use the new “Weather Event Override Trips” option
- Enter the new accumulation value and confirm
This update gives you more precise control over billing and reporting for Per-Event contracts while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
2. Work Order Export Notes Now Include User & Timestamp
We’ve made Work Order export notes even more transparent and audit-friendly!
When notes are added on a work order, the exported file now automatically includes:
- The user who made the note
- The exact date and timestamp of when the note was created.
This small but powerful addition helps you:
- Quickly trace who documented important details
- Maintain clearer records for client disputes or internal reviews
- Improve accountability and communication across your team
These details are now visible in your standard Work Order CSV/Excel exports.
Another step toward making your documentation as reliable as your service!
3. Other Improvements
- Increase the number of trips when Bulk Adjust Trip ETA & ETC.
- Optimize dispatch email notifications to include maximum allowed attachments.
- Retired Unused Payable Statuses ( Awaiting Confirmation).
